MSTRKRFT is an electronic dance music group hailing from Toronto. The group is formed by Jesse F. Keeler, formerly a member of Death From Above 1979 and Al-P, formerly a member of Girlsareshort. Thus far, they’ve only released one LP back in 2006 The Looks and a kajillion remixes in between. I really do mean a kajillion. Name any artist and I assure you there’s a MSTRKRFT remix of their song or one in the works. Their second album Fist of God is released today. I’d rather have their remixes to be honest…

I took down my MSTRKRFT post on their Fist of God LP so in case you were wondering where that post/review disappeared to…it’ll reappear in March when the album is actually released. I figure I’d still post the two remixes done by MSTRKRFT that I do like very much0…after the jump!

Mixtape - It's Not You, It's Me
So I’ve compiled a mixtape over at the other blog (cavacool) I contribute to. It’s composed of a few artists that I’ve already discussed here at ATM and a few I have yet to delve into. Overall, it’s 28 tracks of French electro/indie pop, Spanish dream pop, hip hop trip hop, d’n’b r’n’b, house, dance, nujazzz…you name it and at least one of the featured artist covers it in some way! It’s a great listen so click on the mixtape to see the full track list! Thanks =)

Justice. JUSTICE. How they were ridiculously overblown and over hyped in the past year and a half. I’m sure they need no introduction as most of you peeps are in the know of this magnificent French duo whether you followed them from the start or hopped on the Justice bandwagon. It doesn’t matter how you discovered Justice because either way your world was rocked. Justice rocked hard. Their Cross LP is amazing and their live show melted my face. The floor crumbled, feet crushed the molecules and atoms of the earth beneath, ears scraped for air and when everyone left all tired and exhausted from the amount of energy needed to withstand the sheer force of the waves coming out of those sound boxes, it was clear that no one would ever look at a cross the same way again.

I love music and want to share as much of it as I can! My promise with this site is that I will only post things I like. You won't find an MP3 on here that I haven't danced and sung my heart out to or other forms of art that I don't absolutely adore...etc. Hopefully you might grow to feel the same way too!

A caveat: all MP3's and other copyrighted media are used solely for the purpose of promoting and exposing an artist/band/individual.

So please support the artist! Buy their albums/works! Go see their shows!

If you are the artist or representative of said artist and would like the posted item to be removed, please post a comment or email me and I will gladly do so.

Also, if you have promos, remixes, news, etc etc, email me and I'll check it out!

Thanks so much for visiting this blog!
